1st step

Select a product
Click on "add to my cart" to select an article from the list of products (the contents of your cart are shown in the left margin of each page of our site).

2nd step

Your cart
Click on "visualise my cart". You can thus:
- consult the products you have chosen;
- modify the quantity of the selected products;
- eliminate a product you no longer wish to order;
- choose another product before paying by clicking on the chapter of your choice
Don’t forget to "confirm the modifications"
To confirm your order click on "To order"

3rd step

Your details
The internet customer account can memorise all your details. It enables this information to be stored to avoid your having to re-type your details.
If you wish to access your account in order to modify it,
click on "my account".

- You are already registered:
Your have already ordered through our site: Identify yourself. We will ask for your e-mail address and password. This information was mailed to you when your account was opened.
Password forgotten? Click on the link and type your e-mail address (which must be identical to that used for your first registration). You will receive your password by return e-mail.

- Your are not yet a customer:
Open a customer account by typing your delivery and invoicing address on the enclosed form.

4th step

The order is forwarded by post or by a transport company depending upon the weight and the destination of the parcel, within 48 hours.

5th step

Payment of your order
Check the amount of your order and choose your mode of payment (credit card, cheque, money order or transfer).

- Payment by credit card:
Choose the type of card. You will then access our secure server and be able to enter your card number to finalise the order.
Orders paid by credit cards will be sent out on reception.

- Payment by cheque, money order or transfer:
If you opt for this type of payment a message will ask you to send us your payment or the official order form validated by your bank. You must then validate this page to obtain the order form to be printed out and sent back to us.

6th step

Confirmation of your order
After validation your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
